About Rohy

We built Rohy for people who want more honesty, context, and care in the way they reflect.

Mental health tools often force a tradeoff between depth and usability. We wanted something gentler: a place where reflection feels human, privacy feels real, and insights actually help you move through the week a little more clearly.

Mission

Rohy exists to make reflection easier to keep, easier to understand, and easier to bring into real support systems when that helps.

Our story

Why we started here

Rohy began with a simple frustration: so many people were doing hard emotional work in scattered places. Notes apps, voice memos, therapy homework, symptom screenshots, half-finished journals. Nothing tied the story together in a way that felt supportive instead of clinical or overwhelming.

We wanted to build a reflection companion that respected both sides of the experience: the human messiness of daily life and the real need for better patterns, language, and continuity over time.

Why we built Rohy

Because the gap between sessions is where life actually happens

Insight rarely arrives on schedule. It shows up on the drive home, late at night, after a difficult conversation, or in the quiet hour before a session when you wish you had better notes on what the week really felt like.

Rohy is our attempt to meet that reality with a tool that feels warm enough for everyday use and structured enough to support deeper care when needed.

Our principles

What guides our decisions

Human before hype

We write and build for people who are trying to feel more grounded, not for abstract growth metrics.

Privacy is part of care

If people are going to reflect honestly, they need clear boundaries, thoughtful defaults, and respect for sensitive data.

Built to support real care

Rohy is designed to complement therapy and clinical workflows without pretending to replace them.

Insight should feel useful

We want reflection to lead somewhere practical: better awareness, better language, and better decisions.

We're building Rohy carefully, on purpose
